IMPORTANCE OF THE PHYSICAL EXERCISE TO LOSE GREASE

Physical exercise is very important when losing fat. It is clear that everything we can tell you sounds like a topic: practice exercise regularly, go for a walk, move! We already know that within the general recommendations to lose weight is to practice exercise on a regular basis. But it is very common that doubts arise about what is the ideal exercise and how often we have to practice it, but perhaps the most widespread doubt is why, sometimes despite exercising, we do not lose weight.

SOMATOTYPE AND TREND TO LOSE GREASE
What we commonly call a constitution, we can define it as a somatotype. Without going into technical terms we can define it as the tendency of a person to develop fatty or muscular tissue. And this tendency derives from our embryonic stage.
The endomorphic people are those that have a "greater development" of the endoderm, the reason why they tend to develop adipose tissue. They tend to be people of round shapes with high percentages of fat and those who have a hard time losing this fat tissue.
Mesomorphic people are those who have a greater tendency to develop muscle mass, what we usually call "athletic".

Ectomorphic people are those with little muscle mass and a little percentage of fat, are what we usually call "thin build"
The importance of somatotype when playing sports is because certain people will have more ease when it comes to gain muscle mass or lose fat, depending on the sport that is practiced.

METABOLIC FLEXIBILITY AND INSULIN RESISTANCE: THE IMPORTANCE OF FORCE EXERCISE
Not everyone has the same ability to use energy substrates in the same way. The sedentariness, the resistance to insulin, is an example of situations in which the use of these substrates is not what was expected. As a general rule and without going into details, resting and fasting, our body tends to "pull" fat as fuel, but carbohydrates are the main substrate from which many organs obtain energy, including muscle.
If our insulin does not act correctly, the sugars that the body would use as energy will turn into fat, that is, we will not use them. The same thing happens if we lead a sedentary life.

THE TRUTH ABOUT THE CARDIO
Running has become very popular in recent times, not only as a sport but as a method to lower fat percentages. But we must ask ourselves if it really is effective. Not only count the amount of calories we are burning, but if that exercise is being effective for the purpose we pursue, burning fat is not effective if the body does not have a good metabolic flexibility, on the contrary, if we do not do it well, we run the risk that during the exercise we deplete the hepatic and muscular glycogen deposits.

THE IMPORTANCE OF MOVING
In conclusion, sport is very important when it comes to losing weight, but be clear which is the best sport for you according to your age, physical condition and advise yourself!
